The MPM tenant screening process includes a credit history check and evaluation. The credit check will make sure that the prospective tenant has a history of on-time payments. The unlawful detainer record check will help ensure that your prospective tenant does not have a history of prior evictions from other rental properties. Our staff will verify income and electronic verification of Social Security number. Our screening process will also include the verification of current employment and previous landlords. The bottom line is that our screening process will give you the peace of mind that you deserve.

Marston Property Management will supervise monthly maintenance items and repairs for your property. Our team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergency situations with tenants and properties.  We have developed relationships with a number of quality service providers throughout the San Diego area.

Accounting and Reporting

As a client of Marston Property Management you will receive detailed monthly reports of financial statements. We offer free direct deposit for the Owner’s draw. At the end of the year you will receive comprehensive year-end financial documents for tax preparation.
